A woman in Mali, Africa gives birth to 9 children. Both the mother and children are healthy.
アフリカ西部マリの保健省は、同国の女性が９人の子どもを出産したと発表しました
The Ministry of Health in the West African country of Mali announced the birth of the 9 children.
Prior to the birth, an ultrasound indicated that 7 babies would be born however that would increase to 9.
発表によると、妊婦のハリマ・シセさんはマリとモロッコで受けた超音波検診で、おなかに７人の子どもがいると診断されていました
According to the announcement Halima Cisse had Ultrasounds taken in both Mali and Morocco which both indicated that she would give birth to 7 children.
However Cisse gave birth to 5 girls and 4 boys, a total of 9 children.
シセさんはマリの首都バマコの病院に２週間入院した後、モロッコのクリニックに転院していました
Cisse would spend 2 weeks in a hospital in Mali’s capital, Bamako but she would later be transferred to a clinic in Morocco.
子どもは全員が帝王切開で誕生しました
The children would all be born via a Caesarian section.
The mother and all of her newly born children are said to be in good health.
