To sell 31 facilities such as ”Prince Hotel” and ”Naeba Ski Resort” Seibu HD

Seibu Holdings, a major private railway company, announced that it will sell 31 facilities such as hotels and ski resorts to foreign-affiliated funds.
Seibu Holdings met on the 10th and announced that it would sell 31 facilities such as ”The Prince Park Tower Tokyo”, ”Sapporo Prince Hotel” and ”Naeba Ski Resort” to a government fund in Singapore for about 150 billion yen.
It means that the Seibu Group will continue to operate and the brand name Prince will be maintained.
The number of passengers such as railroads and hotels was declining, and improving the financial condition was an issue.
Due to the sale, the business forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2022 has been revised from a deficit of 14 billion yen to a surplus of 9 billion yen.
