初めて日本メディアの単独インタビューに応じ、自衛隊の輸送機による在留邦人らの国外退避について「問題ない」と語りました。　
for the first time in an independent interview with the Japanese media, the spokesman for the force said there was no problem with the evacuation of Japanese residents by Self-Defense Forces transport aircraft.

Taliban spokesman Naime has revealed the intention to allow Japanese residents and local staff working at the Japanese embassy to leave the country by Self-Defense Forces transport aircraft.
一方で、今月末に迎えるアメリカ軍の撤退期限までに自衛隊の活動も終えるよう求めています。　
On the other hand, they are also demanding that the Self-Defense Forces operations be completed before the deadline for the withdrawal of US troops by the end of this month.
「外国軍はできるだけ早く撤退した方が良い。米軍と外国軍が決めた撤退期限は8月31日です。私たちは自衛隊が撤退期限を超えて活動するとは想定していません」
"Foreign troops should withdraw as soon as possible. The deadline for the withdrawal of troops set by the US and foreign troops is August 31. We do not expect the Self-Defense Forces to operate beyond the withdrawal deadline."
ナイーム報道官は日本政府と大使館を通じて連絡を取っていることを明らかにし、今後、日本との関係強化を望む考えも示しました。
Spokesman Naim revealed that he had been in contact with the Japanese government through the embassy and expressed his wish to strengthen relations with Japan in the future.
