中国の中央銀行である中国人民銀行の総裁は「景気を下支えするため、さらなる金融緩和を行う」と発表しました。　
The governor of the People's Bank of China, China's central bank, announced that the country will implement further monetary easing to support the economy.
中国人民銀行の潘功勝総裁は24日の会見で、金融機関から中央銀行が預金の一部を強制的に預かる割合＝「預金準備率」を引き下げると発表しました。

引き下げは2月5日からで、引き下げ幅は0.5％です。　
The cuts will take effect from February 5 and will be a 0.5% reduction.
預金準備率の引き下げは去年の9月以来で、これによって1兆元、日本円で20兆円余りが市場に供給されるとしています。　
This is the first reduction in the required reserve ratio since September last year and it is estimated that this will provide the market with 1 trillion yuan, equivalent to more than 20 trillion yen in Japanese yen.
また、一両日中に不動産ローンに関する新しい政策を発表すると明らかにしました。　
He also announced that he will announce new policies related to real estate lending in the next day or two.
中国経済に関しては不動産市場の低迷による減速懸念が強まっていて、一連の緩和政策には、その懸念を払拭する狙いがあります。
There are growing concerns about a slowdown in China's economy due to a slump in the real estate market, and a series of policy easing aims to dispel those concerns.
