自分の弱みを的確に伝えるのは大切です。
ですが、 面接官が聞きたいのは、
何が弱みなのか、 という事だけでなく、
あなたがなぜ弱みとして捉えているのかも、 聞きたいのです。

はい。 周りに意見を合わせてしまう事です。
私はその場の空気を大切にしてしまうので、
自分が意見を出した事によって、 話し合いが長くなってしまうのが苦手だからです。
ですが自分の意見を求められた時にはきちんと言えるように頑張ります。
このように自分の弱みだけでなく、 弱みだと思う理由を伝える事は、
自分ができる事や役割を分かっている人、
つまり自分を客観的に捉えている人だと企業が理解してくれます。
単純に弱みだけを考えるのではなく、 その理由も考えて、 自分を客観的に捉えましょう。
