コロナ禍から景気が回復するなか、人手不足に悩む企業も増加し、特に宿泊業ではおよそ8割が人手不足を感じていることが分かりました。

帝国データバンクの調査によりますと、正社員の人手不足を感じている企業の割合は、5カ月連続で5割を超えました。

非正社員でもおよそ3割が人手不足を感じているということです。

業種別に見ると、最も人手不足を感じているのは「旅館・ホテル」などの宿泊業で、正社員で77.8％、非正社員では81.1％が足りないと回答しました。

また「飲食店」も80.4％が非正社員の人手不足を感じています。

コロナ禍で相次いだ時短営業などによって離れてしまった働き手が、戻ってこない店が多いということです。
