今年の花見シーズンを前に東京都は、上野公園など都立公園での宴会を伴う花見について、自粛を求めない方針を決めました。　
Ahead of this year's cherry blossom viewing season, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government decided not to call for self-restriction regarding flower viewing parties in Ueno Park and other urban parks.
都は都立公園での花見について、新型コロナの感染拡大防止のため、2020年から酒類を伴う宴会の自粛などを求めていましたが、今年は求めない方針だということです。　
To prevent the spread of the new corona virus, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has asked residents to limit holding cherry blossom viewing parties in the capital's parks with the use of alcoholic beverages from 2020.
上野公園での花見はメイン通りの「さくら通り」では、混雑緩和のため左右に分かれての一方通行を継続し、レジャーシートを敷いた宴会などは禁止されます。　
For cherry blossom viewing in Ueno Park, the main street "Sakura Dori" will continue to be divided into left and right to ease congestion, and parties with recreational linens will be banned.
一方で通りの東側にある一部の広場では午後8時までに限り、シートを敷いての花見ができるということです。　
On the other hand, in some places on the East Street, visitors can only spread mats to see cherry blossoms until 8 pm.
また、目黒区では目黒川沿いの桜の夜間のライトアップを4年ぶりに行う予定です。
In addition, Meguro City is planning to light up the cherry blossoms along the Meguro River at night for the first time in four years.
期間は、今月18日から来月9日までです。
The estimated time is from the 18th of this month to the 9th of next month.
