先月の外食の売り上げがコロナ前の水準を初めて上回りました。

日本フードサービス協会によりますと、10月の外食全体の売り上げは2019年10月と比べて5.5％増え、新型コロナ感染拡大前の水準を初めて上回りました。　
According to the Japan Food Service Association, total restaurant sales in October rose 5.5 percent from October 2019, surpassing pre-coronavirus levels for the first time.
全国旅行支援や水際対策の大幅緩和で人の流れが活発化したことや原材料や燃料価格などの高騰に伴う値上げで客単価が上がったことが主な要因です。　
The main reasons for this are the increased flow of people due to nationwide travel support and the significant relaxation of border controls, as well as higher revenue per customer due to higher prices related to higher raw material and fuel prices.
テイクアウトやデリバリーが堅調なほか、ファストフード業態は店内飲食も好調で、2019年10月と比べて18％増えました。

一方、パブや居酒屋業態は2次会や宴会需要の戻りが鈍く、2019年10月の63.4％にとどまっています。
