コロナ禍から景気が回復するなか、人手不足に悩む企業も増加し、特に宿泊業ではおよそ8割が人手不足を感じていることが分かりました。

帝国データバンクの調査によりますと、正社員の人手不足を感じている企業の割合は、5カ月連続で5割を超えました。

業種別に見ると、最も人手不足を感じているのは「旅館・ホテル」などの宿泊業で、正社員で77.8％、非正社員では81.1％が足りないと回答しました。
