Hi, this is Delish Kitchen. This video is brought to you by Lotteガーナミルクチョコレート1枚を用意し、包丁で細かく刻みます
Take 1 bar of Ghana milk chocolate, finely chop with a knifeお湯の上にボールを乗せ、チョコレート無塩バター40g を入れて
Put the bowl over the hot water, add the chocolate and 40 gram of unsalted butter湯せんにかけて溶かします
Melt the chocolate using the water bathクッキングシートに薄力粉15g とココアパウダー30g を合わせてくれます
Sift together 15 gram of wheat flour and 30 gram of cocoa powder into a baking sheet容器に移しましょう
Transfer to a bowl別のボールに卵黄2個分を入れて混ぜましょう
In a different bowl, add 2 egg yolks and mix砂糖40g 加えて,白っぽくなるまで混ぜます
Add 40 gram of sugar, mix until the egg yolks become pale溶かしたチョコレートを加えて、よく混ぜ合わせましょう
Add the melted chocolate and mix well生クリーム20 c c を加えてよく混ぜます
Add 20cc of heavy cream and mix well氷水の上に別のボールを乗せ、そこに卵白2個分を入れて泡立てます
Put another bowl on top of ice water, add 2 egg whites and whisk砂糖40g を3、4回に分けて加え、その都度、泡立てましょう
Divie 40 gram of sugar into 3, 4 parts and add in one at a time while whiskingツノがピントたつまでしっかりと泡立て、メレンゲを作ります
Whisk until stiff peaks form to make meringueチョコレート生地にメレンゲの1/3の量を加え
Add 1/3 of the meringue to the chocolate batter泡が見えなくなるまでゴムべらで混ぜます
Mix until you can't see the meringueふるった粉の半量を加え、粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜましょう
Add half of the sifted flour, mix until the flour dissapears残りのメレンゲの半量を加えてさっくり混ぜ
Add half of the remaining meringue and fold gentlyふるった粉をすべて加えて、さっくりと混ぜましょう
Add all of the flour and fold gently最後に残ったメレンゲを加えて、さっくりと混ぜます
Lastly, add the remaining meringue and fold gently生地を型に流しいれ
Pour the batter into a cake mould平らにならします
Smooth the surface of the cake batter160度に予熱したオーブンで、約35分焼きましょう
Preheat the oven to 160 degree and bake for about 35 minutes焼きあがったら冷まして、型から外します。仕上げに粉糖をふって完成です
Cool down after baking, then take it out of the mould. To finish, sprinkle some powdered sugar and the dish is completed大切な人に心を込めて、手作りチョコレートはいかがですか
