Hi. This is Delish Kitchen. We're going to make fluffy cheesecakeまず型の内側にサラダ油を適量練ったら、そこに神は貼ります
First, grease the inside of the mould with vegetable oil and then line the mould with parchment paper側面は肩より2センチほど高く紙を貼りましょう
The paper should be 2 cm taller than the side of the mould内側にもサラダ油を塗ったら、底をアルミホイルで包みます
Grease the inside of the parchment paper and cover the bottom with aluminum foil卵4個は卵黄と卵白に分けておきましょう
Seperate the egg yolks and egg whites of 4 eggs加熱容器にクリームチーズ200g を加えたら、ふんわりとラップをして
In a heat- resistant bowl, add 200g of creamcheese, then cover lightly with plastic wrap600wのレンジで1分加熱します
and microwave at 600W in 1 minute滑らかになるまで混ぜましょう
Beat the creamcheese until smoothそこに牛乳200 cc を3回に分けて加えて、そのちょっと混ぜます
Divide 200cc of milk into 3 parts and add one portion at a time to the mixture while whisking卵黄を一つずつ加えて、その都度を混ぜたら
Add one egg yolk at a time and mixレモン汁20ccを加えてよく混ぜ合わせます
Add 20cc of lemon juice and mix wellグラニュー糖20g を加えてよく混ぜましょう
Add 20 gram of granulated sugar and mix well薄力粉40g とコーンスターチ10g をふるいながら加えていきます
Sift 40 gram of cake flour and 10 gram of corn starch into the mixtureよく混ぜ合わせてください。チーズ生地の完成です
Mix well. We have finished the creamcheese batter蛋白は大きな泡が立ちまで良く混ぜましょう
Beat the egg whites until foamyそこにグラニュー糖を3回に分けて加えてその都度混ぜ
Divide the granulated sugar into 3 parts and add one at a time while whisking角が立ちまでしっかりと泡立てます
Beat the egg whites to soft peaksそれを作ったチーズ生地の4分の1を加えてよく混ぜをします
Add 1/4 of the cheesecake batter to the egg whites and mix well残りのチーズ生地に移したら
Pour the mixture into the remaining cheesecake batter and混ぜあわせて型に生地を流し入れます
mix together, then pour the batter into the mould天板にお湯を流し入れて
Pour hot water into the tray160度に予熱したオーブンで20分140度に下げて30分から40分ほど焼きます
Preheat the oven to 160 degree and bake for 20 minutes, then lower the heat to 140 degree and bake for 30 to 40 minutesそっと型から外し、粗熱がとれたら紙を外します
Gently remove the cake from the mould, wait until the cake cool down to remove the parchment paper粉糖適量をかけて切り分けたら完成です
Finish by sprinkling some powdered sugar and cut the cake以上デリッシュキッチンでした
