Hi. This is Delish Kitchen. This time is a requestチョコチップクッキーを作っていきたいとおもいます
We're going to make chocolate chip cookies材料5つしかなく、簡単ですよ
There are only 5 ingredients and it is simpleさあ、チョコレート100グラムを準備していただいて包丁で切り刻んでいきましょう
Let's prepare 100 gram of chocolate, and use a knife to chopこちら大きめの方が見栄えがいいです
It's ok if the chunks are largeさあ、そちらをべつの皿に移したら、バター100グラムもを溶かしていきます
Transfer it to a plate, then melt 100 gram of butterさあ、溶かしおわりましたですね。砂糖75g
We have finished melting the butter. Add 75 gram of sugar卵一つを加えて
1 egg泡だて器でもう一度混ぜていきます。
Use the whisk to mix one more timeそちらよく混ぜ終わりましたら、ふるいを準備していただいて薄力粉200グラムを追加して
After mixing, sift 200 gram of cake flourこちらスプーンを使ってをしゃべるように入ってください
Use a spoon to make it quickerそちらが終わりましたら、へらでサクサクと混ぜていきます
After finish sifting, use a spatula to mix until combined続いて、下準備をしましたチョコレート100グラムも追加して混ぜていきます。
Next, add 100 gram of chocolate that we have prepared and mixそちらはでき終わりましたら、天板を準備していただいて
After that, prepare a baking trayスプーン2本で形を作っていきます
Use 2 spoons to create the shapeこちらまず最初に12等分くらいに分けていただいてから
First we're going to make about 12 cookies最後スプーンで少しづつ、形を整うといいと思います。
In the end, use the spoon to fix the shape a littleそちらを170度に予熱して、15分から20分焼いていきましょう
In a preheated oven, bake the cookies at 170 degree for 15 to 20 minutesそれを粗熱をクッキングクーラーでとったら完成です
