38-year-old wife murder case - parts of the body were put in a blender in Switzerland

There was an incident in which a 38-year-old former Miss Switzerland finalist was murdered by her husband.
Her husband (41) reportedly dismembered the body and put it in a blender.
According to British media, in February of this year, a former model and 2007 ”Miss Switzerland” finalist was found dead in her home in a town near Basel in northwestern Switzerland.
The woman’s husband was arrested and admitted to killing his wife and two children, but claimed self-defense because his wife attacked him with a knife.
On the 11th of this month, a Swiss court decided not to grant the man bail he had requested.
During the court hearing, it was revealed that the woman’s body had been dismembered and some parts had been put in a blender or dissolved with chemicals.
The man’s trial will be held at a later date.
