A murderous wasp caught alive, and escaped again in Washington, USA

The Washington State Department of Agriculture announced that it had lost sight of the giant hornet, which was supposed to be captured alive and used to locate its nest.
An expert at the State Department of Agriculture captured a live giant hornet last week and attached a tracking device to the bee’s body using dental floss thread.
When this wasp was naturally released and perched on an apple tree, the tracking was successful.
However, after a while, when the bees flew away to the vegetation and disappeared, the signal became undetectable and tracking became impossible.
