US Fisher-Price recalls baby rack, reports of 4 deaths

Fisher-Price, a major US baby product company, announced a recall of two products after a fatal accident of four infants was reported in its baby rack.
Fisher-Price and the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) jointly announced on the 3rd that the recall targets are 4 in 1 Rocking Ride Suzes and 2 in 1 Suzeon Play Glider.
Four-in-one Rocking Ride Soothers reported fatal accidents in the United States between April 2019 and February 2008, with one infant at 11 weeks, two at two months, and one at four months.
The baby, who was laid face up without a belt, was lying on his back at the time of discovery.
