16 cities have been decided to host the 2026 Soccer World Cup, co-sponsored by the United States, Canada and Mexico.
On the 16th, FIFA = International Football Federation narrowed down the venues of the 2026 World Cup from 22 candidate sites and selected 16 cities.
11 cities such as New York, New Jersey and Los Angeles are selected from the United States, and in Canada and Mexico, a fierce battle will be fought in 5 cities including Vancouver and Mexico City.
The World Cup will be co-sponsored by the three countries for the first time in history, and the number of participating countries will increase from 32 to 48 at the tournament four years later.
