Basic policy of government budget request To ”item request” against declining birthrate and soaring prices
At a meeting with the ruling parties, the government presented the basic policy for budget requests to be made by each ministry and agency in preparation for the draft budget for fiscal 2021 next fiscal year.
Regarding measures to deal with the declining birthrate and measures to deal with rising prices, which are to be intensively addressed, the policy is to allow ministries and agencies to make requests without indicating the amounts, saying that they will be considered toward the end of the year.
