Women’s Demonstration in Afghanistan: UN Concerned About ”Fear of Humanitarian Crimes”

3月8日の国際女性デーを前に7日、首都カブールにある国連関連施設前では女性グループによる抗議活動が行われました

参加者は女性や少女に対する権利が侵害されている状況を改善するため、タリバンへの制裁や圧力などの具体的な行動を起こすよう国際社会に訴えました

タリバンは2021年にアフガニスタンの実権を握った後、女子生徒の中等教育を停止したほか、頭を覆うスカーフ「ヒジャブ」の着用を求めるなど、女性の権利を制限する動きが相次ぎました
