This was the biggest decline among the top 10 countries.
While U.S. citizens can travel to 186 countries without a visa, the U.S. allows visa-free entry to only 45 countries.
Afghanistan was at the bottom of the ranking, followed by Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Pakistan.
Christian H. Caelin, chairman of Henley & Partners, said that while Singaporeans can enter 195 countries without a visa, Afghans are at the bottom of the list.
