PayPay centralizes access with card payment unable to use
ＰａｙＰａｙでは、５日だけの期間限定で、１回あたり１０００円を上限に支払額の２０％を還元したり、５０回に１回の確率で１０万円を上限に全額を還元したりするキャンペーンを行っています
PayPay is waging a restitution campaign. Anyone who uses PayPay will enjoy a 20% refund (1,000 Yen or $9.33 to the most) for each payment — only on the fifth of this month. There is a chance of one in fifty users receiving a full refund (100,000 Yen or $933 to the most).
ＰａｙＰａｙによりますと、５日の午前中から利用者によるアクセスが集中し、決済に時間がかかるなどの不具合が起き、アクセスの集中を避けるため、夕方から全てのクレジットカードでの支払いを停止するなどの措置を取ったということです
