Investigation into the cause of a woman’s death in a facility for foreigners.
A Sri Lankan woman in her thirties died on March 6 at a facility where foreigners from the Nagoya Regional Immigration Bureau enter.

The woman has been in Japan since January, violating the law, after the period of being able to stay in Japan has passed.
She told the police last August that she wanted to go back to Sri Lanka.
