It's been a week since a major flood occurred in Libya, North Africa.
死者、行方不明者は合わせて2万人を超え、衛生状態の悪化も深刻化しています。　
The total number of dead and missing exceeded 20,000 people, and sanitary conditions became increasingly worse.
国連の機関が16日に発表した報告書によりますと、大洪水でこれまでにおよそ1万1300人が死亡し、行方不明者が1万人を超えていて、犠牲者の数は今後大きく増える可能性があります。　
According to a report released by the United Nations agency on the 16th, about 11,300 people were killed and more than 10,000 people are missing due to floods, and the number of victims is likely to increase significantly in the near future.
現地では衛生状態が急激に悪化していて、汚染された水を飲むなどして被災した30万人の子どもらが、下痢やコレラなど感染症のリスクにさらされているとしています。　
Sanitary conditions in the region are rapidly deteriorating and the 300,000 children who suffered the disaster from drinking contaminated water are now at risk of infectious diseases such as diarrhea and cholera.
一方、ギリシャから救援のため入国したばかりの救助チームが交通事故に遭いました。　
Meanwhile, the rescue team that had just arrived from Greece to help encountered a traffic accident.
リビアの保健相によりますとこれまでに4人が死亡、15人がけがをして、うち7人が重体だということです。
According to Libya's Health Minister, 4 people were killed and 15 injured, 7 of whom are in critical condition.
