湖池屋が発表したのは、ベーコンの入ったハッシュドポテトやハンバーグなどの料理がスナック菓子として食べられる商品です。
民間の調査会社によりますと、新型コロナウイルスの影響で家庭で菓子を購入する機会が増えたとする人が3割近くに上っていて、スナック菓子も手軽な間食として自宅で食べるニーズが高まっています。
湖池屋は食事としても満足できるスナック菓子の発売で総菜市場にも本格的に進出したいとしています。
