Last month, a company that researches companies looked into how many women are in managerial positions such as general managers and section managers.

女性じょせいの管理職かんりしょくの割合わりあいは10.9%で、初はじめて10％以上いじょうになりました

The percentage of female managers was 10.9%, exceeding 10% for the first time.

中小企業ちゅうしょうきぎょうで特とくに増ふえました

There was a particular increase in small and medium-sized enterprises.
