McDonald’s raises prices again: ”Big Mac” now costs 480 yen
日本マクドナルドは今月24日から「ビッグマック」を450円から480円にするほか、「てりやきマックバーガー」を370円から400円に、「ダブルチーズバーガー」を400円から430円に値上げします
On the 24th of this month, McDonald’s Japan is raising the price of a ”Big Mac” from ¥450 to ¥480. Other items being marked up include: ”Teriyaki Burger” (from ¥370 to ¥400) and ”Double Cheeseburger” (from ¥400 to ¥430)
In addition, we will raise the price of one-third of the total items such as Chicken McNuggets by 10 yen to 30 yen.
In addition to soaring raw material prices, this is due to the rising cost of labor.
The price of the set menu will remain the same.
McDonald’s raised prices on standard products in January last year, and in July only at stores in urban areas.
