Supermarket featuring ”Crayon Shin-chan” to close at Ito-Yokado in Kasukabe

The store that was the model for the supermarket that appears in the anime “Crayon Shin-chan” will close.
Ito-Yokado Kasukabe store has announced that it will close on November 24th.
This store is known as the model for ”Sato Kokonokado” that appears in Crayon Shin-chan, which is set in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture.
Ito-Yokado, which continues to be in the red, announced last year that it would reduce the number of stores by 33 by the end of February 2026.
