The theme of the ceremony is ”WE HAVE WINGS”
This theme was chosen because I want people who see the Paralympic athletes to feel that they also have ”wings” that try to move forward even in headwinds.
式では、いろいろな人が歌や踊りで「みんなが一緒に生きる社会をつくる」というパラリンピックの考え方を伝えました
