810 bankruptcies in the restaurant industry, breaking as the new highest level
東京商工リサーチは12月23日、2020年1月〜12月22日までの飲食業倒産（負債1000万円以上）は、累計810件に達していることを明らかにしました
Tokyo Shoko Research revealed on December 23 that the total number of bankruptcies in the restaurant business (debt of 10 million yen or more) from January to December 22, 2020 has reached 810.
It has already surpassed a record high of 800 cases from 2011, and broke the highest record.
「食堂、レストラン」と「バー、キャバレー、ナイトクラブ」の2業種を除く8業種で、前年の件数を上回っています
Eight industries, excluding the two industries of ”dining room, restaurant” and ”bar, cabaret, nightclub”, had exceeded the number of cases from the previous year.
The number of ”bars and beer halls” that were requested to be closed or to shorten business hours was 168, which is much higher than the highest number from 2012 (141).
