大型で猛烈な台風19号が東日本にかなり接近するおそれがあることから、ＪＲ東日本は12日の土曜日から13日日曜日にかけて、首都圏の在来線と新幹線で、あらかじめ列車の運行を取りやめる「計画運休」を行う可能性があると発表しました
