Zoom Acquires a Cloud-based Call Center Software Company for 14.7 Million Dollars

The large online conferencing service company, Zoom Video Communications, acquired Five9, a cloud-based call center software company, for approximately USD 14.7 million.
The acquisition is implemented through divestment of the total shares.
