It’s blocking a road about 4 meters wide.
The Southern Alps is visited by many people during the autumn mountain season.
148 people are stranded in a nearby mountain hut, including climbers and workers involved in construction related to the maglev.
On the 20th, the prefecture and city plan to use helicopters to rescue stranded people.
