If you use Nagatanien's "My House Is a Famous Bar", you can make deep-fried tofu without deep frying them!
用意する材料はこちらです。
These are the ingredients to prepare.
ビニール袋に豆腐と衣を入れ、揉まずに転がすようにして衣付けします。
Put the tofu and deep fry batter into a plastic bag. Don't knead, but roll to stick the batter to the tofu.
フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、衣付けした豆腐を入れて焼き面を変えながら、
Heat up salad oil in a frying pan, put the battered tofu in, and while changing the frying sides,
全面に焼き色が付くように五分ほど焼きます。
it'll take around five minutes for all sides to fry till brown.
焼き色が付いたら火を止め、皿に移します。
After frying till brown, stop the fire and move to a dish.
水と混ぜた餡を入れ、とろみが付くまで煮詰めます。
Put in water and thick sauce and boil until it thickens.
餡が出来たら豆腐にかけます。
Once the bean jam is ready, pour it over the tofu.
お好みで、大根おろし、青ねぎを加えると鮮やかに。
Add in grated radish, spring onions to liven the dish up as preferred.
