IT人材不足の課題を解決するため、未経験者がITエンジニアへ転職するまでを支援するプログラムの募集が始まりました。　
To solve the problem of shortage of IT human resources, the company has started recruiting for a program to support people without experience until they change jobs to IT engineers.
「LINEヤフーテックアカデミー」はオンラインで行われるプログラミングの学校で、未経験者をITエンジニアへリスキリングすることを目的としています。　
Yahoo LINE Technology Academy is an online programming school that aims to retrain inexperienced people to become IT engineers.
1月に受講生の募集を開始し、1期生として受講した140人の中には、ITエンジニア職への転職を決め、その結果年収がおよそ2倍になったケースもあったということです。　
Recruitment began in January, and of the 140 first-generation students who took the course, some decided to switch jobs to IT engineer positions and as a result, their annual income almost doubled.
12日から新たに開始した募集では、人数の上限や募集期間などを撤廃してより多くの人にリスキリングの機会を提供したいとしています。　
With the new recruitment starting on the 12th, they hope to remove the upper limit on the number of people and recruitment time to give more people the opportunity to reskill.
この取り組みは3年間で33万人のリスキリング支援を目指す経済産業省の事業にも採択されていることから、条件を満たせば最大70％の受講料の補助が受けられるということです。　
This initiative has been approved by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a project to support the reskilling of 330,000 people within 3 years, so if you meet the conditions, you can receive up to 70% of tuition fees.
LINEヤフーはテックアカデミーの取り組みを通じて、5年間で1万5000人のリスキリングを支援したいとしています。
Through the Academy of Technology initiative, LINE Yahoo aims to support the reskilling of 15,000 people over five years.
