アメリカ労働省が発表した11月の消費者物価指数は前の年の同じ月に比べて7.1％上昇し、市場予想の7.3％を下回りました。　
The Consumer Price Index for November released by the U.S. Department of Labor rose 7.1% compared to the same month of the previous year, below market expectations of 7.3%. 　
インフレ圧力は依然として強いものの、物価の伸び率は5カ月連続で縮小しています。　
Although inflationary pressures remain strong, the rate of price growth has contracted for five consecutive months.
円相場はドルに対し、137円台前半でしたが、発表後、一時、134円台まで円高が進みました。　
The yen's exchange rate against the US dollar was as low as 137 yen, but after the announcement, the yen temporarily appreciated to 134 yen.
アメリカの中央銀行にあたるFRB、連邦準備制度理事会は、13日から2日間の日程で金融政策を決める会合を開きます。　
The Federal Reserve Board (FRB), the central bank of the U.S., will hold a two-day meeting to set monetary policy starting from the 13th. 　
FRBはここまで4会合連続で0.75％という大幅な利上げを続けてきましたが、今回、利上げペースを0.5％に縮小するとの見方が有力です。
FRB raised interest rates sharply to 0.75% in 4 consecutive meetings, but many people predict that rate hike this time will slow down to 0.5%.
