EU＝ヨーロッパ連合が中国から輸入する電気自動車に来月から追加関税を課す方針を示したことについて、中国商務省の報道官は「WTO＝世界貿易機関に提訴する権利がある」と不満を示しました。
中国商務省の報道官は13日、「中国の電気自動車産業の合法的な権益を損ない、EUを含む世界の自動車産業チェーン、サプライチェーンをねじ曲げるものだ」と批判しました。
そのうえで「中国はWTOに提訴する権利があり、中国企業の合法的な権益を守るために必要な措置を取る」と強調しました。
また、「中国とEUは対話と協議を通じて貿易摩擦を適切に処理し、良好な競争のなかでウィンウィンを実現するよう促す」と方針の見直しを求めました。
追加関税が課されれば、中国産の電気自動車の税率は最大で48.1％に引き上げられることになります。
