モスクワの東1800キロにある、オルスク市のダムが決壊しました。

人口23万人の市全域に洪水が押し寄せ、少なくとも1万世帯が浸水し、4000人余りが避難しました。
Floodwaters swept through the city of 230,000 people, inundating at least 10,000 homes and forcing more than 4,000 people to evacuate.

そんななか、地元当局の対応に不満をあらわにした住民ら数百人が、補償を求めて抗議デモを行う事態も発生しました。
