ロックダウンが続く中国・上海市で当局が封鎖解除に向けた日程を初めて明言しました。
For the first time, authorities announced a schedule for lifting the blockade order in Shanghai, China, where the lockdown continued.
上海市当局は今日会見を開き、「今月中旬には社会的なゼロコロナを達成する」とし、その後、徐々に封鎖を解除できるとの見方を示しました。　
Shanghai city officials held a press conference today, saying they would "achieve Zero Corona by the middle of this month," and then gradually lift the lockdown.
「社会的なゼロコロナ」とは、封鎖されていない地区で新規感染者が出ないことを指します。　
"Social Zero Corona" means no new infections in areas that are not locked down.
当局が封鎖解除に向けた日程を明言したのは初めてです。　
This is the first time the authorities have announced the date of lifting the blockade.
また、陽性者が見つかった地区の封鎖期間を、これまでの14日から10日間に短縮させるということです。　
It also means that the lockdown period for areas where the virus is found will be reduced from 14 days to 10 days.
12日の感染者数は1929人で、封鎖地区以外では直近の3日間で6人でした。　
The number of new infections on the 12th was in 1929, in the past 3 days it was 6 people, except for areas under blockade.
感染は減少傾向ですが、陽性が確認された地区の住人を陰性でも強制的に市外の施設に移送する事態が起きています。
Infections are declining, but residents in areas that have been confirmed positive are being forced to move to facilities outside the city even if they test negative.
