来月から一般公開される上野動物園の双子のジャイアントパンダの観覧について、都は21日から専用サイトで抽選を始めることを発表しました。　
In regards to visiting the panda couple at Ueno Zoo, which would be open to the public from next month, the city announced that it would begin a draw on a dedicated site from the 21st.
東京の上野動物園は来月12日から双子のジャイアントパンダ「シャオシャオ」と「レイレイ」と母親の「シンシン」を一般公開します。
Ueno Zoo in Tokyo will open its doors to the public to visit giant panda couple "Xiao Xiao" and "Ray Ray" and their mother "Xin Xin" from next 12 months.
都は一般公開を前に親子3頭の観覧の抽選を21日午後1時から上野動物園の専用サイトで受け付けると発表しました。　
The city announced that it would accept a raffle for a mother and daughter panda cub from 1pm on the 21st at a designated area of Ueno Zoo before opening to the public.
親子が公開されるのは開園日の午前10時から正午までの2時間に限定され、当選した人のみパンダの親子を約1分間、見ることができます。　
The panda tour is only open to the public for 2 hours from 10 a.m. to noon on the opening day, and only the winners can see the panda mother and cubs for about 1 minute.
観覧人数は一日最大1080人の予定です。　
The maximum planned viewership is 1080 per day.
6月に生まれた2頭は、いずれも体重が12キロほどになって元気に成長していて、健康状態は良好だということです。
Both panda cubs were born in June, and both weigh about 12 kg, are growing well, in good health.
