Hi. This is Delish Kitchen. We're going to make hot pot dish with leek, pork and salted lemon豚バラ薄切り肉300g は食べやすい大きさに切り、塩こしょう少々で下味をつけます
Cut 300g of thinly- sliced pork rib into bite-sized, season with a little salt and pepper白菜1/8個も食べやすい大きさに切り
Cut 1/8 of a Chinese cabbage into bite- sizedネギ1本は小口切りに
Finely chop 1 leekにんにく2かけは薄切りにしましょう
Thinly slice 2 cloves of garlicねぎ塩だれを作ります
Let make salted leek sauceねぎ1/2本をみじん切りにしましょう
Finely chop 1/2 of a leekネギをボウルに入れ、塩小さじ1/2
Put the leek into a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of saltレモン汁大さじ2、ごま油大さじ3
2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of sesame oil鶏ガラスープの素小さじ1/2
1/2 teaspoon of chicken stock powder水大さじ4を加えて混ぜましょう
4 tablespoons of water and mix well鍋に半量の白菜を入れて、半量の豚肉とネギをのせます
Into a pot, put half of the Chinese cabbage, then top with half of the pork and leekもう一度、白菜豚肉ネギのじゅんに乗せ
Repeat the order one more time, Chinese cabbage, pork and then leek鶏がらスープをかけて、にんにくを散らし、蓋をして中火で熱しましょう
Pour the chicken stock, sprinkle the garlic, close the lid and cook in medium heat煮立ったら弱火にして10分煮ます
After simmering, cook for 10 minutes in low heatネギ塩だれを回しかけ
Add the salted leek sauce蓋をして、更に5分にたら完成です
Cover with a lid, cook for 5 more minutes and the dish is completedお好みでこしょうをふってお召し上がりください
