アメリカのハワイ州知事が新型コロナ対策に伴う入国規制の変更を発表し、海外からの訪問者にはワクチンの接種証明と渡航前の陰性証明を求めると明らかにしました。　
The Governor of Hawaii of the United States has announced changes to immigration restrictions due to anti-coronavirus measures, and that foreign visitors would be required to obtain a vaccination certificate and a negative certificate before traveling.
ハワイ州のイゲ知事が発表した新たな規制では、海外から直行便でハワイへ渡航する外国人に対し、ワクチンの接種証明と3日以内に陰性証明の提示を求めます。　
A new regulation announced by Governor Ige of Hawaii requires foreigners traveling to Hawaii by direct flight from abroad to present a vaccination certificate and a negative certificate within 3 days.
アメリカ本土の経由便を利用して渡航する際はさらに事前登録が必要になるということです。　
And as such, travelers need to register before traveling on flights over the continental United States.
イゲ知事は8月、デルタ株の流行に伴い、「ハワイ旅行は危険で、今は良い時ではない」と渡航の自粛を求めてきました。　
In August, Governor Ige ordered travel restrictions on his own, saying, "Traveling to Hawaii is dangerous and now is not a good time" due to the spread of the Delta strain.
感染者の減少に伴い病床逼迫の恐れも減ったことから、年末年始シーズンを前に観光客の受け入れにかじを切った格好です。
As the number of sick people has decreased, worries about the overcrowded hospital bed system have also decreased, so Hawaii has taken the lead in receiving tourists before the end of the year and New Year season.
