イラクで、SNSに投稿した動画を巡って議論を呼んでいた女性インフルエンサーが銃撃され死亡しました。　
A female influencer who sparked controversy over a video she posted on social media has been shot dead in Iraq.
露出の多い衣装をまとい音楽に合わせて踊る動画をSNSに投稿するなどして人気を博していた、イラク人の女性インフルエンサーが27日、首都バグダッドの自宅前で車に乗っていたところを銃で撃たれ死亡しました。　
An influential Iraqi woman who gained fame by posting videos on social networking sites of herself dancing to music in revealing clothes was shot dead on the 27th while driving in front of her home in Baghdad.
女性が投稿していた動画を巡っては、国民の間で不道徳だなどと議論を呼んでいて、司法当局が去年、女性に対し公序良俗に反するとして懲役6カ月の判決を言い渡していました。　
The videos that the woman had posted were controversial among the public as being immoral, and judicial authorities sentenced her to six months in prison last year for offending public order and morals. 　
こうした動きに欧米の人権団体からは、動画の内容は表現の自由で許される範囲で、イラクでの言論への締め付けが強まっていると懸念の声が相次いでいます。
A number of Western human rights groups have voiced concern over these developments, saying that the content of the videos is within the bounds of what is allowed under freedom of expression, and that the clampdown on speech in Iraq is intensifying.
