大手商社の伊藤忠商事が買収した中古車販売大手「ビッグモーター」の中核事業を引き継いだ新会社が今日、発足しました。
Today, a new company was formed to take over the core business of Big Motor, a large used car sales company acquired by major trading company Itochu Corporation.
社名は「ウィーカーズ」です。

ビッグモーターは、保険金不正請求問題などで売り上げが大幅に落ち込み、伊藤忠商事などと事業再建に向けて契約を結んでいました。　
Big Motor's sales have dropped significantly due to problems such as fraudulent insurance claims, and the company has contracted with Itochu Corporation and others to rebuild its business.
中古車販売事業などを引き継ぐ新会社「ウィーカーズ」の社長には、伊藤忠商事の執行役員だった田中慎二郎氏が就任しました。
Shinjiro Tanaka, former chief executive officer of ITOCHU Group, has been appointed president of WECARS, a new company that will take over the used car sales business.
ウィーカーズは当面、ビッグモーターの看板のままで営業します。　
WECARS will remain open under the Big Motor banner for the time being.
