British semiconductor design giant ARM, a subsidiary of SoftBank Group, is listed on the NASDAQ market in the US, with a closing price 25% higher than its public offering price.
「アーム」はスマートフォンなどに使われる半導体の設計で高いシェアを持つ企業で、2016年にソフトバンクグループが当時の価格およそ3兆3000億円で買収しました。　
Arm is a company with a high market share in the design of semiconductors used in smartphones and other devices, and was acquired by SoftBank Group in 2016 at a price of approximately 3.3 trillion yen at the time. 　
14日、アメリカのナスダック市場に新規上場した「アーム」の初値は56.1ドルとなり、公開価格の51ドルを10％上回りました。

終値は63.59ドルで公開価格を25％上回り、欧米メディアによりますと、時価総額は650億ドル＝日本円でおよそ9兆6000億円となり、今年最大の新規株式公開となりました。
The closing price was $63.59, 25% above the initial public offering price, and according to Western media, the market capitalization was $65 billion, or approximately 9.6 trillion yen, making it the largest initial public offering this year.
