太ももの前後ろおよび二次郎の部分のトレーニングです

その1太ももの前の筋肉に効くエクササイズ
含まもの前の部分から始めましょう
まずは仰向けになって腕は体の横に置きます
体と垂直になるように足を上げてつま先は天井に向けます
このとき膝を曲げないようにしてくださいね
できるだけまっすぐ伸ばしますそこからパター施術曲げて伸ばすを繰り返します
このとき腰を動かさないようにしたいので
自分の方には膝を曲げないでくださいね星の部分は90度を維持します
それぞれ10回卒繰り返します
準備はいいですか始めましょう
このエクササイズは大腿四頭筋だけでなくキザと腹筋にも効果があります
両膝を離さないようにしてトモの筋肉をしっかり使ってくださいね

2。太ももの裏に効くエクササイズ
次のエクササイズは2つのパートに分かれています
最初のパートは一つ目とほとんど同じですが
つま先は天井を刺しませんまずは仰向けになって足を上げつま先は体に向かって弾き
ますひざを合わせ
片足ずつ曲げます。つま先は常に体に向かって引き、足を曲げる
たびにかかとはお尻につけます。とても重要なポイントなので意識してくださいね
これを左右で10回ずつ繰り返します
時計の準備は ok です始めましょう
このシンプルなエクササイズは太ももの前と後ろ
膝そして腹筋の権力に来ます
あと少しですよ最後にいっぱいそして
頑張りましたね
では後半のパートを試してみましょう
最初の体制は同じです仰向けになり足を上げますが今回は膝を少し曲げます
そのまま床からお尻を持ち上げ
自分に向かって足を振ります。これを20回繰り返します
やってみましょう
しっかりお尻をあげてくださいねごまかしてダメですよ
太ももの裏が伸び暑く感じていれば正しくエクササイズができています正しく筋肉に
効いているサインです
痛みなくして得られるものはありません

その3太ももの内側に効くエクササイズ
最後のエクササイズはふとももの内側です
正直に言って太ももの贅肉が好きな人はいませんよね
仰向けになり足を上げますが今回は右足首を左足首に交差します
両足を伸ばしお互いに押し付けます外側に向けて膝を曲げ
バレーのプリエの形を取り最初の位置に戻ります
右足が上の状態で10回繰り返し
左足を上にして十
回振り替えします
