ロシアの通貨「ルーブル」はウクライナ侵攻後、急落しましたが、現在は侵攻前を上回る1ドル＝65ルーブルほどで取引されています。
The Russian "Ruble" currency plunged after the invasion of Ukraine, but it is currently trading at about 1 dollar = 65 rubles, which is higher than it was before the invasion.
ルーブル高の要因はロシアが欧米や日本などの非友好国に対して天然ガスの支払いをルーブルで行うように求めているため、ルーブルが買われる形となっていることなどが上げられます。　
The reason why the ruble is so high is that Russia is asking unfriendly countries like Europe, the US and Japan to pay for its natural gas in rubles, so rubles are being bought.
ただ、一部の金融業者はルーブル高は続かないとみているようです。

制裁が始まる前、モスクワ市内の両替所では、中央銀行の公式レートよりも低い価格でドルを買い取っていました。

ところが、最近はより高い価格でドルを買い取っているのです。

この日は、1ドル＝68.8ルーブルの公式レートに対して、71ルーブルで取引していました。　
On this day we were trading at 71 rubles against the official rate of 1 dollar = 68.8 rubles.
ルーブルの下落に備えて、両替所の運営業者が一時的に損をしてでも貴重なドルを大量に買い取っておきたいと考えているとみられています。
