The government has released an analysis showing that the pay gap between male and female full-time employees “occurs in the third year of employment”.
「職場における無意識な思い込みとか長年積み上げられてきた職場慣行によって、女性の活躍が阻害されていないのか、配慮という名前のもとで排除されてこなかったのかということをしっかりと見極めていかなければいけない」

政府の、男女の賃金格差の解消を目指す対策チームでは、出席した有識者から海外の航空会社では男性の客室乗務員の割合が高いのに、日本ではいまだに女性が中心だとの指摘が出ました。　
At a government task force aimed at eliminating the gender gap, attending experts pointed out that while the proportion of male flight attendants at foreign airlines is high, in Japan the majority of flight attendants are still female.
内閣府は、入社3年目ごろには労働時間の分布に明確な男女差があるとし、入社初期の配属や仕事内容の偏りを是正することが重要だと分析しました。
