去年1年間の有効求人倍率は平均で1.28倍で4年ぶりに前の年を上回りました。
厚生労働省は新型コロナによる行動制限の緩和などが要因と分析しています。
厚生労働省によりますと、去年1年間で仕事を求める人一人あたりの求人の数を示す有効求人倍率は平均1.28倍で、前の年を0.15ポイント上回りました。
すべての産業で新規求人数が前年を上回り、なかでも宿泊業・飲食サービス業の求人は前年から30.9％増えました。
厚労省はコロナ禍前の水準までは戻っていないが、全産業で共通して回復していて、コロナによる行動制限の緩和や「全国旅行支援」などが要因と分析しています。
また、去年12月の有効求人倍率は1.35倍でした。
旅行や美容など生活関連サービス業や娯楽業の新規求人が増えているということです。
