能登半島地震の被災地支援のため、岸田総理大臣は、今年度予算の予備費から1389億円の支出を表明しました。
Prime Minister Kishida announced spending 138.9 billion yen from the reserve fund in this fiscal year's budget to support areas affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
「被災者の方々が生活と生業の再建に先々の見通しを持てるよう予備費第4弾として総額1389億円を措置するべく、本日閣議決定を行います」

支出の内訳は応急仮設住宅の建設などに683億円、公共施設や土木施設の復旧に647億円などを充てます。　
Expenditure allocation is 68.3 billion yen for emergency temporary housing construction and 64.7 billion yen for rehabilitation of public facilities and civil engineering facilities.
岸田総理は、輪島市や珠洲市を含め上下水道の断水は5月中にすべて解消される見込みとしたほか、
Prime Minister Kishida predicted that all water and wastewater outages, including in Wajima and Suzu cities, are expected to be resolved by the end of May,
「のと里山海道」は7月をめどに、全線で対面通行の確保を目指す方針を示しました。
And said the policy aims to ensure two-way traffic along the entire Noto Satoyama Kaido line by July.
