ウクライナとの戦闘が膠着状態となるなか、ロシア軍はウクライナ各地へのインフラ攻撃を強めていて、一部の都市では大規模な停電が発生しています。　
As the war with Ukraine reached a stalemate, the Russian military stepped up attacks on infrastructure across Ukraine, causing widespread power outages in several cities.
ウクライナ空軍によりますと、ロシア軍は24日、合わせて57のミサイルや無人機を使用し、ウクライナ各地に大規模な攻撃を仕掛けたということです。　
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, the Russian military launched a large-scale attack across Ukraine on the 24th, using a total of 57 missiles and drones.
西部リビウ州では、重要なインフラ施設が極超音速ミサイル「キンジャール」による攻撃を受け、火災が発生したと知事が明らかにしています。　
In the western province of Lviv, important infrastructure was hit by a Kinzhal hypersonic missile, causing a fire, the governor said.
ロシア国防省は今回の攻撃について、「電力施設などを集中的に狙った」と発表しています。　
The Russian Defense Ministry announced that this attack "focused on power facilities and other areas".
ロシア軍は22日にも、各地のインフラ施設を攻撃していて、少なくとも5人が死亡しました。
