ロシアが黒海からのウクライナ産の穀物輸出を巡る合意を一方的に停止した問題で、国連などはロシア抜きで輸送を続けることで合意しました。
国連とトルコ、ウクライナの代表団は31日、黒海に設定された「回廊」を通じて輸送を続けることで合意しました。
ウクライナ政府は合意後、貨物船12隻が出港したと発表しています。
また、同日の国連安全保障理事会の場でウクライナ側が穀物輸送に使った船から攻撃したとするロシア側の主張について、国連側は、その時間帯に回廊に貨物船はなかったと否定しました。
ただ、ロシアの協力がないなかで、貨物船が安全に航行ができるかは不透明な状況で、国連側は合意再開に向けロシアと接触を続ける方針です。
